Judge Michael Schipper’s bad behavior is finally being noticed by the Michigan Court of Appeals!
The COA is not at all impressed that Judge Michael Schipper cannot follow the law or their directions.
This could set up for a very big Michigan Supreme Court Decision, possibly taking him out of commission for good.
