Denied Access to Records.

Schipper is now denying me a copy of Ryan’s records and a video recording of his sentencing hearing. They want me to come to Hastings to review it.

Under normal circumstances, fine.

Except the way this ruling came down I am a single, full-time working, homeschooling Mom. Schipper is aware of all of this. 

Unfortunately, I cannot take time off and drag my kids in with me to get the court records, which is why I was happy to pay for them. 

Again, common sense is not prevailing. Instead, misogyny is.
