The next trial date for Paxton Singer is set for 1:30 p.m., Oct. 8, 2019 at 1200 E. Indian Trail Road, Aurora. Singer is charged with sexual exploitation of a child while employed as a youth pastor at Harvest Bible Chapel. (

To date, Judge Michael Noland has appeased both State and Defense, and seems impacted by arguments from both sides. Singer’s family and friends attend each court date with a group of 20-30, outnumbering people who support the victims. Supportive family is surely playing a part in the judge’s mind. During the most recent Sept. 24 court date, Judge Noland put the State (the victim) on the defense, and seems to be leaning toward a Not Guilty directed verdict. Here’s the latest update from the Daily Herald:

Paxton Singer going free is a very dangerous possibility. Paxton has at least three 17 and younger victims of profane texting, grooming and exploitation. If he does not have to register as a sex offender in Illinois, he will be able to work with minors again.

Judge Michael Noland cannot let this happen. We implore Judge Michael Noland to STAND WITH CHILDREN and not with a predator.

Paxton Singer asked boys he met as early as after 8th grade, about many profane topics. Some topics include: erections while wrestling, how often they "jerk off," if they are in the shower at the moment, if they watch pornography, if they know what "69" means, if they can spend the night with him, if they have SnapChat (untraceable), and if they can Facetime (video chat). He also asked if parents monitor the child's texts. Lastly, the statute on hand is that Paxton asked if the charged victim could send him a photo in his underwear, clearly meaning clothing would need to be removed.

Judge Noland, we can clarify for you that no, these are NOT acceptable topics for a pastor to talk about with a child who was not asking about any of that. Paxton started each topic, each time.

We will not allow our child victim(s) to suffer alone. We will attend the trial, if possible, to be a visible symbol of Christ to our community.
