Dear Honorable Judge Michael A. Cicconetti and Honorable Judges of Painesville Court, 

In light of the recent horrendous incident on May 3rd, 2016 by a resident of Painesville city in which a dog was thrown out of a 6th floor window, subsequently killing the poor dog, we ask as residents of Lake County, that you give this offender and any other offender that abuses animals if found guilty, the maximum sentence allowable by law. 

It is a known fact that people who abuse animals can abuse humans. We care about our community and want it to be safe for its residents

Please bring justice for this dog.
