Deadline for signatures to meet the Court's comment period is this upcoming Tuesday, June 13, 2017

We, the undersigned beneficiaries and supporters of Kamehameha Schools, petition Judge R. Mark Browning, to suspend the trustee selection process to examine serious questions about the integrity and legality of the current process.

The process is flawed because the Selection Committee members do not meet the court's own guidelines and criteria (see the guidelines on p.19 and the criteria on pp. 27-28 of the Court Masters report found here: www.bit.ly/2t3xu3A).

The process is further flawed in its failure to adequately engage the perspectives and voice of the Hawaiian Community, especially as it relates to how the applicants will advance the Kamehameha Schools’ Vision 2040.

We stand together for our right to have a voice in these matters, in service to Ke Aliʻi Pauahi and her legacy, our communities, families, and future generations.

Our voice should not be ignored. MAI PA'A I KA LEO!
