Ian Walsh, of Chorley, Lancashire has admitted to possessing 733 indecent images of children. 161 images deemed to be category A - the worst case, 156 images in category B and a further 440 images in category C. He has also admitted to 3 charges of creating indecent images of children. Judge John Gibson has only given him a 2 year conditional discharge and Ian has now got to sign the Sex Offenders register. He lives only a few feet away from a primary school. The sentence that was given is not enough and we, as a community, have to stick to together.
