Cheryl Rose will die if her husband is allowed to continue his guardianship over her! Her daughter, mother, sister and brothers would like to take her home so she can be cared for in a loving environment.  Cheryl is in a semi-comatose state at Select Care in Danville, KY.  After an argument with her husband about money, he said he wanted a divorce.  She took muscle relaxers which made her unconscious. Finding her unresponsive,  he waited several hours to seek help.  After she woke up, she told him she was not trying to kill herself and did not realize the effect  the pills would have on her.   Later while in the hospital, her breathing tube became disconnected and she was was at 35%  oxygen for a period of time.   Just weeks after the incident, he tried to have her oxygen removed, but changed his mind after her family begged him to wait a little longer.  Later, after telling the nurses on the floor to discuss her case with no one, he had her tube feeding stopped.  A week later, when he assumed she was near death, he told the family what he had done.  Her daughter quickly found a lawyer who filed an injunction to stop him.  Only by the grace of God is she still living. He told Select Care that none of her family could visit without his approval.  His daughter had to get a court order just to see her mother. When her daughter witnessed improvement and showed videos to her family, he insisted the hospital take her phone away when she came to visit.  He is determined to end her life as soon as possible, insisting she is brain dead and does not want to live.  Her daughter and family know this is not true.
