We the people wholly agree that it is in Reyna's best interest for full physical and legal custody to be granted to her biological mother, Courtney Vincent. No child should be put through the emotional and psychological trauma she is enduring on a repetitive basis. Reyna deserves complete reunification with her family; She deserves to live a "normal child's life".
