GIVE RYDER BACK HIS GAM-GAM

GIVE RYDER BACK HIS GAM-GAM
The Issue
After my son, RJ Parker, died of an overdose, my grandson's guardian stopped letting me see him.
In the beginning of 2017. after months of begging to see him and getting nowhere, I petitioned the Cuyahoga County probate court for visitation of my grandson, Ryder James Parker.
When I arrived for the hearing, his then guardian had brought with her an army of my son's enablers as witnesses against me.
Among these enablers were my lifelong abuser, my father, his wife, my son's addicted father and his spouse, and my son's sisters and their mother.
I crumbled in shock, horror and grief.
I was completely devastated.
The magistrate refused to listen to a single word I tried desperately to speak.
I was denied visitation with Ryder.
My heart was shattered.
It took several months for me to regroup.
On September 29, 2017, I traded in my 1999 RAV 4 for a 2014 Hyundai Sonata, so that I could go drive for Uber and Lyft, with the intention to have a flexible schedule so that I could return to probate court with a petition to adopt my grandson.
I began driving for Uber and Lyft on December 4, 2017.
I proceeded to called the court to inquire about the necessary steps needed to move forward with a petition.
I was informed that my grandson had been adopted away.
Again, I was defeated.
I cannot see my grandson, nor speak with him.
I have not seen him since 2016.
This is NOT acceptable.
I have NEVER said or done ANYTHING that would warrant my being denied access to my beautiful grandson.
There isn't even a petition I can file with the courts anymore, since he has been adopted away.
LET THIS PETITION NOW BE MY PETITION
I am stronger now and have decided to FIGHT!
TODAY I TAKE A STAND!
I want to see my grandson and will not stop until I am permitted to do so.
I may be breaking a law somewhere, who knows!!!
But I don't care anymore.
He deserves to know me.
He deserves every bit of the love I have to offer him.
Please sign this petition and share it.
Let's give Ry-Ry back his Gam-Gam!
