Dear Judge Gayles, 

This is an important message to send to people that prey on impressionable teens and young athletes across the nation. You have a big decision on your hands to set the tone for our nation that we as parents and concerned citizens within the community, that we want our sports athletes to be clean and our neighbors to be safe. 

Posing as a physician in order to obtain financial gain with no regard for health, safety, or integrity is deplorable and should not be tolerated with just a slap on the wrist. 

Unlike the MLB and the NFL who have recently been chastized in the media for their lack of emphasis on their own drug & personal conduct policies, we urge you to take a strong stance now! 

Send the right message and actually deter the behavior from moving forward and further contaminating our communities.
