Gag orders are unconstitutional. They violate the first amendment right to freedom of speech. Using someone's freedom and children to intimidate and threaten them into compliance in staying quiet about the injustices they are experiencing in a court room is immoral and unethical and NOT the actions of a fair and impartial judge.

What does this court have to hide through its repeated and illegal issuance of gag orders on parents fighting back against CPS Corruption???

Melissa Diegel has every right to speak out against the corruption she has witnessed in Maricopa County, Arizona. Threatening her with her children and jail time is just plain wrong, and demanding the names of those who support her family is abuse of power. 

Judge Colleen McNally should NOT be allowed authority over families like the Diegels, and needs to be stripped of her judgeship and removed from the bench. The Diegel Sisters should be returned to their mother immediately!
