Hay everyone I’m here on behalf of Quinlen Mckeithen a loved one of mines .He is a black African American male and seeing the way our hometown works.He deserves to get his fair chance at life especially being a black man in the court system seeing whites really commit crimes and get away with it everyday.My brother Quinlen Mckeithen who was accused of a crime in 2019 at the age 19 which was attempted murder on this gang related individual who is known for selling drugs and bullying younger males and working under the police to stay out of trouble in Montgomery Alabama .The state of Alabama gave my brother  two different lawyers prior to the lawyer he has now and not even one told him anything about his case.He had been lost since the beginning of it all.He got out on bond and they locked him back up for a failure to appear but nobody sent him out anything so the judge let him free the bails bonding people tried to keep him in there and the lawyer he had wasn’t answering the phone nor replying to emails and he later came off the case and they issued my brother a new lawyer.When he tried to reach out nobody ever responded.His new lawyer she’s a lady and she really isn’t doing her job..These people doesn’t care about nobody they getting paid regardless and this isn’t fair to the people who can’t really afford a real lawyer to defend them.They do not have any evidence (hard core) at that to even hold this on him. They played around his entire case his court meetings wasn’t even about his case just basically telling him when is his trail is and just to really see his face.They never did a real hearing no nothing and I went to every last one of them.The law isn’t fair at all in Alabama especially Montgomery County.An white man can literally kill a person and pledge not guilty but a black man can get accused of an attempted murder charge and the system just rob him blind and try to give him 30 years.Nothing about this case is professional I got a couple people around the community to sign a letter I typed out that’s inside a folder to present to the judge on behalf of quinlen’s  behavior,character and the way he is to citizens of our county since 2019 and present time.The community agreed he is a good person he has changed tremendously over the past three years.He is older more wiser and smarter and his life is at a stand still because the people who think they have power over others lives are playing with another persons freedom..Instead of focusing on dirty cops and all the black men coming up missing in our city they focused on this useless act.Everything should be fair nothing about this is fair.There was no gun found only thing was a shirt that my little cousin even owns and other people I saw on social media.That isn’t hard core evidence thinking that’s a person (not truly knowing)and knowing for a fact are two different things.You not being at that place at that time or actually seeing someone pull a trigger doesn’t give anybody the rights to think they know what took place.These people don’t care about another man’s life.We have to stand up and make a difference for our loved ones.If we know they mean good to the world and to society why not fight for them.If they need to be locked away then that’s a different story but quinlen is a good person.That one person came into his life and changed him for the better and made him see life so differently.He is 22 years old nobody should tell you your going to prison for 30+ your life is over.Nobody in that court room really know how lfie really works because they are so high mighty and was brought up in a better place. Nobody can judge and say they know that person being accused of a crime.People don’t even know your favorite color but think it’s ok to judge and think they know you when they clearly do not. That’s crazy we fighting until we can’t fight anymore..Quinlen has had a hard life but trying to make a change how can he attend truck driving school with this on his back how can he have a kid with this on his back how can he move to a different state with a better environment  with this on his back.Talking to people about your future and they telling you when you can start attending truck driving school and the requirements and then you think about a damn court case and now you can’t attend Truck Driving School.Something that going to change your life for the better because of a case that isn’t fair.Our GOAL IS 150 people at least to petition on behalf of Quinlen Mckeithen or even more the more the better for a chance at freedom a chance at a life a chance to stand free like Kyle Rittenhouse who really killed innocent people with a rifle and the entire world saw him walk free even like Ian M Cranston who killed a black man outside a night club just because the man was black.Make it equal.  THESE PEOPLE DID MURDER TOOK SOMEONE LIFE and they are free.But yet Quinlen is being accused of Attempted Murder and he is being told his life is about to be over..DOES THIS SOUND FAIR TO YOU NO IT DOESNT.
