Another reason to share this story, and sign the petition- The Williamson County Expo Center, located in the city of Taylor, TX. Is home to many dog shows and canine events, along with many horse and livestock events. At the end of 2016, Ashley earned two International Championships in Conformation with her other two dogs at the Expo center there in the city of Taylor, TX. This is the same town this incident occurred! How many other dog enthusiasts could be in danger of losing their dogs unknowingly?! Many events held at the Expo Center are held under the shade of the pavilion or the arena (In very similar conditions as Rose). With the same unreasonable city ordinances that were claimed in Rose's case (access to water at ALL times (even during exhibition), and a wire crate being considered cruel confinement), anyone with a dog on the premises could also be in danger!
