Dennis is a peaceful living man whose intent is to provide care and a healthy environment for E's development.  

Dennis has a high level of:

• Integrity, honor, goodwill, mental aptitude and ability to provide care.  (even though he has a minor disability.)   

Dennis is also a great family man, he has always loved spending time with children and he values the roll of loving parents, even if those parents do not live together.  Dennis does not harbor any bad feelings towards Valerie.  He knows the importance of both parents and would never restrict or hinder the mother's parental rights without extreme cause.
