I need your help to get more support

Hi all, I just wanted to reach out to thank you for all the support you've given.  Because of this, we’ve passed 4,545 signatures on our petition! Thank you so much!  But I have a critical update to share with you all and I'm keeping this petition open for this very reason.  Here is what's happened in recent months.

1. Judge Modica retired in December 2020, we have a different judge assigned to the case.  The case is now assigned to Judge Aloise. 
2. On February 4, 2021, two years and one day after my daughter and unborn baby were brutally murdered, there was a virtual court appointment; at which time yet another extension was granted and the case was adjourned to April 20, 2021.  
3. The inmate look-up system [this information is public, which means you can look it up for yourself] shows the next court date to be December 22, 2022 as the next court date. I have attached a screenshot as well.   Why? Why? Why? Why? COVID will delay a full year?  How does this make sense?  The criminal justice system is just ON HOLD? Is that a just system?  How is this fair to crime victims and their families?
