Every signature I get is another reminder to the city of Manchester that people everywhere care about homelessness. We're ready to focus the Outreach on it's official mission...dignity, safety and welfare of the most vunerable in our community. In order to do that I need to learn exactly what the city has planned. I want to to find a way to work with this city to discover or import an existing model and return positivity to Manchester. This is a beautiful city. But many have been losing their humanity, in many ways. It's time to bring back kindness.
