Salute to Journalists

Journalists work long and hard because they are passionate about what they do.  Their work is not glamorous nor lucrative, but it is vital to us all.

They question authority, expose wrong-doings, fight injustice and report real news.  They cover the local topics that matter most to us – our community, our people, our businesses, and our happenings.

It is our hope that together, we can create a culture of civility and spirited dialogue -in which each person’s voice is heard and regarded equally.
