Reviewing a paper is a part of academic scholarship, and we deal with review requests from journals quite frequently for which we need to spare our time for free. One of the most annoying things while reviewing a paper is to go to the end of the document to check the tables and figures, and to compare the authors' summary of these findings within the manuscript. This is waste of time, energy, and patience during this process, and the solution is easy: insert the tables and figures within the text! This is up to the editorial teams to decide, so here is my call as a devout reviewer. Please change this and make the review process easier and more convenient for those who spare their time for free and aim to provide sound reviews.
