EURO2016 final: Let's play also the European anthem!-Jouons aussi l'hymne Européen!
The Issue

The European Championship is a great occasion to meet with other Europeans and follow a sport that most of us enjoy.
At the beginning of each match the anthems of the two countries are played. We would like that the European anthem is also played when the two teams represent two member states of the European Union.
Playing both the European and the national anthem ahead of sport competitions is not something new. It was the case, for instance, at the opening ceremony of the Olympic games of Albertville in 1992 (video available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KF9LgaER8o ). It is also common on other more formal occasions.
We therefore ask the president and prime minister of France, host country of the EURO2016, as well as to the representatives of UEFA to play also the European anthem at the final match of July 10th.

Le Championnat d'Europe est une excellente occasion de rencontrer d'autres Européens et de soutenir un sport qu'aiment la plupart des citoyen(ne)s.
Au début de chaque match les hymnes des deux pays sont joués. Nous aimerions que l'hymne européen soit également joué lorsque les deux équipes répresentent deux Etats membres de l'Union européenne.
Jouer l'hymne européen conjointement avec l'hymne national au début des compétitions sportives ne serait pas quelque chose de tout à fait nouveau. Ce fut fait, notamment, à l'occasion de la cérémonie d'ouverture des Jeux Olympiques d'Albertville en 1992 (vidéo disponible ici: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KF9LgaER8o ). De plus, c'est commun en d'autres occasions plus formelles.
Nous demandons donc solennellement au Président de la République française, pays d'accueil de l'EURO2016, et aux représentants de l'UEFA, de faire jouer l'hymne européen lors de la finale du 10 juillet .

Il Campionato Europeo è una grande opportunità per incontrare altri europei e celebrare uno sport che gran parte di noi amano.
All'inizio di ogni partita gli inni nazionali di entrambi i paesi sono stati suonati. Vorremmo che anche l'inno europeo venisse riprodotto quando le due squadre in gioco rappresentano due stati membri dell'Unione Europea.
Sunare l'inno europeo insime a quello nazionale all'inizio di competizioni sportive non è qualcosa di nuovo. Ad esempio fu il caso in occasione della cerimonia d'apertura dei Giochi Olimpici di Albertville nel 1992 (video disponibile qui: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KF9LgaER8o ). E' anche consuetudine suonarlo in altre occasioni piu' formali.
Chiediamo pertanto al presidente e primo ministro della Francia, paese ospitante dell'EURO2016, nonché ai rappresentanti della UEFA di suonare anche l'inno europeo alla partita finale del 10 luglio.

La eurocopa es una gran ocasión para reunirse con otros europeos y seguir un deporte que la mayoría de nosotros disfruta.
Al inicio de cada partido suenan los himnos de los dos países representados. A nosotros nos gustaría que el himno europeo también sonase cuando ambos equipos representen Estados miembros de la Unión Europea.
Reproducir ambos himnos (el europeo y el nacional) antes de una competición europea no es algo nuevo: Ese fue el caso, por ejemplo, en la ceremonia de apertura de los Juegos Olímpicos de Albertville en 1992. Die Fußball-EM ist eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, anderen Europäern zu begegnen und einen Sport zu feiern, den die meisten BürgerInnen mögen.
Vor dem Anpfiff aller Spiele werden die Nationalhymnen beider Länder gespielt. Wir wünschen uns, dass wenn beide Teams Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union sind, zusätzlich zu deren Nationalhymnen auch die Europäische Hymne gespielt wird.
Die Europäische Hymne wurde bereits gemeinsam mit den Nationalhymnen gespielt, es ist also keine ganz neue Idee. Ein Beispiel war die Eröffnungszeremonie der Olympischen Winterspiele 1992 in Albertville (Video hier klicken:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KF9LgaER8o ). Auch bei anderen formelleren Anlässen wird die Europäische Hymne gespielt.
Wir fordern daher in aller Form den Präsidenten der Französischen Republik, Gastgeberland der EURO 2016, und die Vertreter der UEFA auf, die Europäische Hymne vor dem Finale am 10. Juli spielen zu lassen.

Evropský fotbalový šampionát je skvělou příležitostí pro setkávání s ostatními Evropany, můžeme tak společně sledovat sport, který má většina z nás ráda.
Na počátku každého zápasu se hrají státní hymny obou soupeřů. Přáli bychom si, aby po nich zazněla také evropská hymna, pokud spolu hrají týmy dvou členských států Evropské unie.
Nebylo by to poprvé. Evropská a národní hymny spolu zazněly v úvodu i jiných sportovních událostí. Například v případě zahajovacího ceremoniálu Zimních olympijských her v Albertville v roce 1992 (viz video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KF9LgaER8o ). Je to běžné i u jiných slavnostních událostí.
Proto žádáme prezidenta a premiéra Francie, země, která letos EURO2016 pořádá, a představitele UEFA, aby na finálním zápase 10. července zazněla také evropská hymna.
