Continue the Wyman's Homeowners insurance with USAA

I am asking a big favor to ask of everyone.  USAA is not renewing our insurance policy due to a couple of claims we had a few years ago.  I have been going back and forth with them for a while.  They have issued us a final decision of nonrenewal.  I was very sick when these claims took place and I was not in any condition to do these repairs myself.  One of these claims was for a burst pipe in the wall behind our fridge.  They had someone come out and do the estimate.  As part of this, they decided to replace all of the cabinets in our kitchen.  We opted for only rebuilding the cabinet that was damaged by the mold.  We tried to make sure that they wouldn’t have to do anything that wasn’t necessary.  We had a bad hail storm in Rock Hill and tons of houses got damaged.  It was just a couple of months after this storm that they decided this.  They didn’t list that storm as a reason but the timing sure was unique.  This is a company run by veterans for military members, veterans and their families.  I think they can find a solution that would benefit everyone.  My wife even suggested a year trial to see if we have anymore claims.  We have told them that now that we know that you are not supposed to use homeowners insurance when our house is damaged we should get along just fine.

Please sign our petiton to Josue Robles Jr. at USAA to express your support for my family and veterans in general.  It shouldn’t take too long.  It would really mean a lot for me.  I tried not to ask too much of people while I was sick but I couldn’t have fixed this stuff on my own.  If they would have told me when I asked if we would lose our policy for these claims we would have found another way.

Thank you so much for taking time to read this and your assistance.  Happy Holidays to all!
