Keep Colleen Reilly as the head of Frogs Encinitas Spinning program.

The Issue

Colleen has worked very hard for last 12 years to make the Spinning program what it is today. She has put her heart and soul into the program. It has truly been a labor of love. She has put more money into the program than she has ever been paid. We have become a close knit group of friends because of her efforts. There are many people who belong to Frogs Encinitas only because of her Spinning program and may not stay if it changes. Her close work with Johnny G also helped establish a great Kranking program.

Roshanak, Thank you for your feedback. Colleen will continue to be a part of the Frogs Fitness family. We value her as an instructor and truly appreciate the significant contribution she has made to the spinning program and to this organization. I assure you that it is our goal to maintain the high quality of the spin program. Carrie Weiland has taken over responsibility for the program. She has been with Frogs for over ten years and has built outstanding group fitness programs at both the Encinitas and Solana beach locations. If you notice the quality of the program slipping, please feel free to contact me directly. (josh.mello@frogsfit.com) I will work with Carrie and the General Manager, Debbie Winner, to promptly correct any issue. Thanks again for your feedback.
