Hi cash lovers,

Our 'Say No To Cashless Society" petition is taking off.

Hundreds of people are signing every day and that is just simply through grassroots activism. There are no massive paid promotions or glitzy marketing campaigns. This is a people's campaign standing up for our rights to cash.

Without cash our economy is weaker because we are all more  vulnerable to bank system 'outages' and online hackers.

Health authorities say cash is not a major COVID-19 threat. Plenty of experts, including the Royal Australian Mint, say plastic cards and eftpos terminals could be 'dirtier' than your average banknote. Professor Marilyn Roberts from the University of Washington says "You don't need to worry about spreading coronavirus with cash."

Without cash, all our transaction information is potentially online and available for third parties to access. Our privacy is at stake.

There's only one way to get government to sit up and take notice. We need to make our petition so big they can't simply ignore us.

Please promote our petition and let's get thousands of people signing per day. Share, post and tweet about cash and our petition whenever you get the chance.

This campaign is just starting to build and take-off.

Together we can say no to the cashless society. This is the only way to do it.

Yours in cash,

Jason
