As many of you know, the current mechanics of rain make it so that there are always drops of rain falling. These drops are very hard to avoid, as they cover a large area and are consistently dropping for minutes at a time. I would like to change the current meta, and have it so that rain drops in large sheets of water every 45 seconds or so. This would make it much easier to predict, time, and avoid. I believe that with enough support, we can switch to sheet rain and improve life for all humans, animals, bugs, sidewalks, roads, cars, trees, grass, dirt, and British "people".
