Taxes fund schools, roads, jobs, and Law Enforcement.

No one likes taxes but WE pay them.

Only some Americans like Apples! But not everyone grows their own apple tree. Weird? Some people would rather pay a "TAX" and buy it at a store. Even those that don't like apples won't grow an apple tree just to make a few bucks under-cutting a stores low prices and high taxes!

Not all Americans like marijuana. The government, since back in the 1980's, began introducing "D.A.R.E." into our school systems and society has grown up with it! Some Americans have taken the steps introduced to prove that medically it has its benefits from helping veterans, to everyday citizens, maybe even a politician or two.

--> Here I could insert multiple references to either support my claim or advocate in its favor. However, I am relying on the fact the truth can be seen; and we can move forward over this hurdle.

The money already brought in by the states that have legalized it in various methods in the past have gained and earned Millions in a short time. In comparison these small taxes and approval on legalizing marijuana will help our infrastructure, help cultivation and agriculture, and pave the way towards new jobs in many sectors.

Though companies may retain policies that prohibit the use of illegal drugs while on the job, just as they watch for people sipping a flask in the parking lot before work! Splitting hairs? Perhaps?!

But for the point of the "APPLE TREE", just because we legalize marijuana doesn't mean it can't come with benefits for both State and Local governments.

Our goal is 3 million signatures.
