We The People are in agreement with this Petition/Case because everyone in the United States of America is deprived of our first amendment right: " FREEDOM OF CHOICE ". 

The traitor in this infringement is none other than "THE 22ND.  AMENDMENT".                                                                                                

It's an injustice to our President,who is serving those who voted him in,and wishes him to continue;but he must step down because The 22nd.Amendment says the American People can only "periodically",(limited to 8 years), exercise our 1st. Amendment right,(of choice).

It doesn't matter if a President is elected for two terms or one hundred terms. What does matter in the person of this Petition/Case is the 1st. Amendment right of " WE THE PEOPLE " to select and elect the President of "OUR" choice.                                                                                            

                    The 22nd. Amendment has stolen that right. 

     The 22nd. Amendment is an infringement on our 1st. Amendment.

We, " THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ",demand the swift arrest and indictment of "THE 22ND. AMENDMENT" being an insult To,and assault On, "OUR" 1st. Amendment right: "FREEDOM OF CHOICE"

 Finally,under our 6th. Amendment right,the person of this Petition/Case:  The 1st. Amendment (Providing) vs The 22nd. Amendment (Depriving )   

           "WE THE PEOPLE" demand a "speedy and public trial".

                        " REPEAL THE 22ND. AMENDMENT"
