A few residents of Highland Park want to remove bike lanes on York Blvd between Eagle Rock Blvd & Figueroa St. They contend (wrongly) that the majority of local residents oppose the bike lanes, and make assertions that just don't ring true for the rest of us (their petition is here).  We are creating this counter-petition to show our numbers, to prove that the vast majority of us really DO want to keep the bike lanes, and we support cleaner air, and a more sustainable Los Angeles, starting right here in our neighborhood.
