Save the Critically Endangered Black Cockatoos

So as you are aware the Black White Tailed Cockatoos are Critically Endangered and are protected by Legislation of the Biodiversaty Act 2016 as they are extremely vulnerable. Joondalup Council has asked us if we want the land destroyed in Edgewater Quarry for Public Buildings. I passionately say a big No to taking a protected faunas home and am needing everyone else to Sign and Share the Petition to stop this from happening. Our voices come first before the Council decides.
There is a massive flock that have even been living there for centuries gathering by the Council's proposed sign, as if they know what's going on. This quarry has been with us in Edgewater for centuries and is not a place to install public toilets, shops, and to introduce further traffic in the area.
Not to mention Edgewater Primary school , peoples homes, and Day Care parking has already crowded Regatta Drive that shares the entrance to the Quarry. Let's keep Edgewater, the quiet, Nature orientated , safe, non crowded place it is. Keep its natural habitats and wildlife.
Please Sign to keep our nature reserve safe aswell as the White Tailed Black Cockatoos home so they dont all die.
