The amount of animals who are starved to death, beat, and neglected in MT and on the reservations in Montana is INSANE. Dogs are chained up in the freezing cold and in below zero temperatures with no shelter. These dogs aren't treated as family members and they should be. People who leave dogs outside 24/7 with no shelter, food, or water should not be allowed to own dogs! Someone needs to stand up and start enforcing laws to protect these innocent animals!
