I am an 11 year old girl and I am on a mission to save Artic animals! I want to stop the Canadian government from allowing oil and gas exploration in the Artic to protect the wildlife. The oil and gas business is increasingly moving into Canada/ Arctic as more accessible reserves in the south dry up. Polar bear populations are expected to come under increased pressure if oil developments in Canada and the Arctic go ahead according to industry plans. Offshore operations pose the greatest risk, since routine emissions, spills or leaks will be discharged directly into the sea or on the sea ice. This then has a devastating impact on artic wildlife and the ecosystem. Please support by signing this petition.
