In the recent days, few of us on Polikoff Rd. have received a letter regarding a proposed Marijuana Establishment/Cultivating farm that is set to locate at 286 Polikoff Rd. We have a limited amount of time to prevent this from taking place and we need to act now.

This petition is to help PREVENT/STOP the proposed Marijuana Established / outdoor cultivating facility to be located at 286 Polikoff Rd.

The proposed establishment impacts community, families, children, neighbors, residential property values, the environment, our future and so much more.

The Polikoff Rd area is a heavily settled residential area, and in the past few years has become home too many new families as well. We have all played a part in making our neighborhood safe, quiet, and a beautiful place to live. This is not where an establishment of such kind should exist. This is not commercial zoned nor is it part of the “adult entertainment “zone” therefore a permit will need to be obtained for this Cannabis Cultivation farm to happen. 

We need everyone’s signatures to prevent this from coming to our communal neighborhood that we have developed. We need these signatures to show the town committees that we are not resting for this. We are the tax payers of this neighborhood and we are against having this come to our area.
