The Eurovision Song Contest celebrates it's 60th Anniversary next year in Austria yet year after year the big five countries are placed at a disadvantage by not being allowed to perform in the first and/or second semi-finals. I propose that the Big Five and the Host Nation should be allowed to perform as the interval acts in the semi-finals; it is unfair that ALL other songs in the contest are performed for the public twice yet the big five are left out and therefore not given a fair chance.
