We understand that nobody predicted COVID-19 however with the economic turmoil and uncertainty of concert dates then do the right thing and refund our money. 

It is not right for Ticketmaster and the Promoter and Event Organizer to keep the money that was spent on these concert tickets when there are kids who may have gotten them as a birthday gift and was their only gift now they have nothing! 

Some parents saved and worked extra shifts to be able to afford the tickets for 1 night of happiness on their child's face; now they are left with nothing.

I understand that nobody planned this but do the right thing and give everyone their money back. We all know you will have concerts again and pack the house but for those people who bought these tickets and are unable to attend refund the money!!

We have made our voices heard on social media and they are all left unanswered! Maybe now a petition to get our money back will be the push they need to refund us!

We are not saying cancel all the shows but at least offer people the opportunity to seek a refund if they choose.
