I hope you can help me persuade Senator Samra Brouk that there are a lot of people who are actually opposed to the Stop The Clear Cut (STCC) group who are promoting leaving all this vegetation on the canal embankments.

Can you please email her a simple message saying something like this.

I, along with many other people, have signed this petition www.change.org/ErieCanalDam because I am concerned about the welfare of the people who live below the canal embankments.

All the experts say the vegetation should be removed. I enclose a copy of an article from The Association of State Dam Safety Engineers (ASDSO) which gives the reasons.

Please give further consideration to this matter. Thank you
