Hello wonderful supporters and fellow-tree lovers,

We have been amazed and heartened by the support this issue has garnered. Thank you! And now is our call to action!

We met with representatives from Renaissance Homes and sadly we were not successful in getting them to agree to any concessions at all in preserving more trees on the property. Not even the important and beloved Mother Tree (seen in pictures here). But we won't give up yet.

We are asking for you to join us  THIS SATURDAY, August 21st in Multnomah Village from 12-2pm at the corner of Capitol Hwy and SW 35th Ave (across from Casa Vacca). Bring your signs, friends and voices! And if you have any press contacts please pass this on. We want Renaissance Homes to know how very much we value our trees and we'll be here long after they have built and left.
