This citizen initiative is not a regular one. Instead of the usual attempt to improve the public space or circomstances pro-actively , this project is directed at how big company's treat and view the consumers. We have our focus on specificly 1 company(PostNL) in the Netherlands. But the research we have conducted indicates that the shocking practices at PostNL most likely are a more widespread global problem within the Postal services industry! On our youtube channel we show proof of the shameless manor the customer base of Postal service PostNL is treated. Besides structural lies they litterally *throw away* thousands of packages *DAILY*! 

After lots of phonecalls and own experiënces of multiple packages never beïng delivered the business operation became pretty clear. What is happening? The main problem and packages that are having risk of ending up simply thrown away on purpose are the parcels that lack track&trace code. Those are the least profitable plus not having a tracking code gives them a somewhat decent made up excuse for packages that go "missing" . They let us know when the status changed to missing its considered a done deal and no packages can be found back without a track & trace option added. Like its a gps location transponder while that is not how the system works. But even if that would not be shameless b.s it wont make it more relevant when we talk about missing stuff they litterally have thrown away on the pile of parcels that are removed from the planning and delivery in total. Ironicly simular to how they think about the packages that are processed and delivered at the customers. That makes it taken care of and be no longer a promised job they need to worrie about or take responsibility for.

We want to raise funding to expose the crazy practices and lies from up close and in depth. Shooting a documentary about it makes it also more easy to reach a global audiënce that will be provided with the insights to see if their main postal company's are having the same issues within the operation. We the few founders of this project and a citizen initiative have a clear detailed finished concept of how we want and need to get it to a final product that succesfully got them to own up to the shocking truth and promises to continue by getting this problem reduced over time untill its fixed. While at the same time the communication with the customer base and the information they provide is honest + full transparancy by default even when the message is not a pleasing thing to tell.

We developed a test to get a good look in factually get accurate data on how many packages are thrown away or what the chances are your package without track & trace will go missing. A big chunk of the needed budget will be spend excecuting this test and get hundreds of shipments send of the vulnerable kind high risk of going missing. We will use different adresses and multiple e-commerce company's to provide it. We cant disclose all the specifics as it should remain as naturally possible to happen.
