Send a Probe to Uranus (For Science, Obviously)

The last time we sent a probe to Uranus was Voyager 2 in 1986. That’s right, we haven’t been back there in almost 40 years.

It’s time.

For too long, humanity has ignored the giant, gaping mystery that is Uranus. One of the most distant planets in our solar system, Uranus deserves a closer, deeper look and we believe SpaceX is the one to do it.

We have questions we just can’t keep avoiding:

How deep is Uranus?
Is it tight and compact, or does it stretch wider than we ever imagined?
Some say it’s cold and icy… but could things heat up the deeper we go?
There’s only one way to find out. We need to go all the way into Uranus.

With today’s technology, a single well equipped probe could give us the up close and personal data we’ve been craving for decades.

We call on SpaceX and Elon Musk to lead a deep penetrating mission into Uranus. Humanity is ready. Our curiosity is swelling. And frankly, we’ve waited long enough.
