Dear readers,

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out because my family has suffered severe harm due to the negligence of Foresight Mental Health, and I have learned that many others have had similar experiences.

In October 2023, my 15-year-old son, Kyle, was prescribed Lexapro without proper evaluation by psychiatrist Dr. Deborah Nagy at Foresight Mental Health. When he asked if it was safe to use cannabis while taking the medication, Dr. Nagy irresponsibly condoned it, failing to educate him on the serious risks. Instead of warning Kyle about the well-documented dangers of combining SSRIs with cannabis, Dr. Nagy falsely claimed there were “no direct studies” showing harm.

As a result, Kyle’s mental health rapidly declined, leading to severe depression, suicidal ideation, multiple suicide attempts, and addiction to cannabis. This life-threatening failure of care has devastated our family, and we refuse to stay silent.

Despite repeated requests for Kyle’s medical records and Zoom session recordings, Foresight Mental Health has refused to comply with HIPAA regulations. Their unethical behavior has harmed not just our family, but countless other patients who have reported similar experiences.

What We Are Doing About It

To hold Foresight Mental Health accountable, we have filed a $100 million lawsuit against them. But legal action alone is not enough—we need public pressure to make a real impact.

That’s why we are launching #FightForKyle, a movement to expose Foresight’s dangerous practices and demand justice for all affected families.
