Since its founding in 1985, EMILY's List has worked to elect 100 pro-choice Democratic women to the House, 19 to the Senate, 10 governors, and over five hundred women to state and local office. Why? Because we know that when women are in charge, everyone wins.

This year, as we pause to celebrate women around the world for their achievements in leadership, we want to also take the time to reflect upon how much more we can accomplish if we keep working together.
