Due to several reasons, daycares with more than 4 children that are unlicensed can pose a major threat to the children that attend them. Daycares should have to be properly inspected for safety and be managed by trained professionals, as well as have a high staff-child ratio. Thousands of children have been injured or abused in unproperly regulated daycare settings. It is time to make a change.
