The residents of Yanchep are living in an archaic business community.  While it is one of our fastest growing communities in Australia, we have only have one supermarket and not a single department store or post office.

Mandurah is located further (72kms) from Perth CBD and has everything, while Yanchep, located just 54kms from Perth is struggling.

If we miss a parcel delivery, residents are expected to get in their cars and travel 8kms to the nearest post office for parcel collection.
