This petition is to show Laurel County and the state of Kentucky that neglect and cruelty will not be tolerated sitting down. We want the owners of Daphne prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We must be the voice of the voiceless.

Daphne is a 6 month old hound mix who was found in the middle of the road. She has a severe case of mange, she was dehydrated, and infested with worms and parasites. She has been hospitalized since Friday June 24th. She will be hospitalized for at least a week. The owners knew she was sick and did nothing to help her. They had planned on letting her die a horrible death.
