After the double episode season finale, many fans of Penny Dreadful are left devastated, with many unanswered questions. As Vanessa Ives said "Every time I've given my heart, it has led to catastrophe" - we as fans gave our hearts to the show and are now heartbroken that it is over. Creator John Logan and Showtime President David Nevins, please give us more seasons of this wonderfully written show. We want to know where Lily's new life takes her,  we want to see the Dr Jeckyl/Lord Hyde story unfold, we want to hear the beautiful poetry of the lonely soul John Clare AKA The Creature, what is Ethan Chandlers/ the Wolf of Gods  purpose in life now? And Kaetenay!! And how we miss Ferdinand Lyle, the Queen with lovely hair, and wished we followed his adventures in Egypt. We only just got to meet the kick ass Catriona Hartdegan! We want to know where Dr Frankenstein is to go from here, and we want to follow Sir Malcolm Murray on his adventures... Perhaps to Egypt, where Amunet originated and where they believe in reincarnation. And how could I forget "the beautiful boy of our dreams," Dorian Gray. We saw so much of his Hedonistic lifestyle, but only just got a small glimpse of the menace he truly is "you think you know sin? You're still learning the language. I wrote the bloody book!" Vanessa Ives is one of the most captivating characters ever to hit our television screens. She showed us her strength and her vulnerability. The seance scene still gives me chills every time I watch it, along with anytime she speaks the Verbis Diablo. Eva Green's portrayal of this beautiful yet haunted character is one that touches my heart and soul as it does so many others. Please hear the cries of the many #Dreadfuls over social media and all over the world! We just aren't ready to let go.
