John you are aware of the problem. A customer has been abused by a employee that been recorded for the world to see. I think that the customer should be compensated for what she had to go through by your employee and security officer that tried his best to control the employee to no avail. The signers ask for the customer to receive a refund for the service she paid for the night this situation happened and maybe a few months free service. And most of all a response from you. As customers we all all concerned about the safety of your stores. Is security officer on location only for employee's safety? Who do co-workerso call if an employee is out of control and abusing customers? There is a trust issues here and I think we require a response from you soon.
