This continues to appear here everyday now. Customers who PAY for unlimited data are now capped at 20GB regardless if they are causing congestion or not. John Legere is receiving tweets about this and continues to ignore them. Customer Care reps saying that they just started doing this.

If T-Mobile is really having this many issues with congestion, they need to pull down their ads saying they have more data capacity than Verizon and the fastest LTE. They use the NetIndex but it says Verizon is the fastest. Verizon has 131.9 million customers and they aren't having these issues anymore. T-Mobile only has 57 million and apparently can't handle that.

This petition was created to DEMAND a REAL response from CEO John Legere. WHY are UNLIMITED data customers being capped at 20GB and being throttled immediately in areas that have some load on the tower even though they aren't causing this?
