Hello, fellow climate-concerned citizens! Just a quick update for you all: this petition to get Governor Hickenlooper to officially sign Colorado on to the U.S. Climate Alliance has taken off -- there are now over 4500 signatures, and the number continues to climb! So thank you all for your signatures and your help in spreading the word thus far, as it has helped this campaign get off to a great start! Having said that, we're still a long way away from having enough signatures to start building real pressure on the governor (or "Hick", as we Coloradans affectionately call him). So I am writing to ask your help once more to boost the signal and spread the word about this even further, so we can get enough signatures to grab some media attention here and really make an impact in the Governor's Mansion. We've come a fair way already, and with your help, I am confident that together we can make this petition a success and get Colorado into the United States Climate Alliance where it belongs!
