Many local residents have not been informed by Wiltshire Council concerning the planning application for Old Sarum. Some of those, particularly who do not use, the internet are unaware of the implications and size of development being proposed. Please email Richard Hughes at richard.hughes@wiltshire.gov.uk and ask him why residents in Ford and particularly those living in The Steadings, Ashlands and Green Lane Close have not received any notification. Secondly there appears to be a lack of Planning Application posters in the area, indeed I have seen none at the Ford end at all! A template letter for those who wish to copy and paste follows: Sir, Reference 15/04004/OUT I am writing to inquire why notices of planning application concerning the above have not been delivered to effected local inhabitants of Ford as required, in particular with respect to those residents living in "The Steadings, "Ashlands" and "Green Lane Close". I assume it would be morally if not legally to ensure that all residents of Ford receive the proper notice as the planned building will double the size of the village and therefore dramatically effect all residents?
