RE: ARCHBISHOP FRANZO KING (SF Orthodox Church of John Coltrane)
& Reverend MARINA KING
Home/residence: 2004 Ingalls Street
SF, CA 942124

We are writing this letter to you as members of the Community
to APPEAL FOR A HOME LOAN MODIFICATION
for Archbishop King & Marina King.

We believe that Wells Fargo is demonstrating insensitivity
to the needs of the African American Community in San Francisco.

The foreclosures in low income and Communities of Color
mean that San Francisco is on its way to be a white city.
That is an undesirable outcome for ALL residents of San Francisco.

We need to keep our Faith Leaders in our communities,
now, more than ever.

Low income and Communities of Color have been devastated by predatory lenders and massive foreclosures
which threatens our homes and viability.

Wells Fargo has the opportunity to Do The Right Thing
and provide some relief to the remaining Communities of Color in San Francisco,
by MODIFYING LOANS where possible,
particularly when the modification means that the hardest hit communities can retain their Faith Leaders in this time of dire economic crisis and demoralization.

We need our FAITH LEADERS.
We need DIVERSITY.
We need to INVEST IN THE CONTINUING VIABILITY OF OUR COMMUNITIES.

Our Archbishop and his wife Reverend Marina King
are waiting for you to give him a FAIR MODIFICATION.
Our Communities cannot survive without LEADERSHIP.

Archbishop King's community and congregation stand by him.
He is an integral and pivotal part of our community at large,
and we will work hard and consistently to support his effort
to meet the terms of a modification.

PLEASE GIVE ARCHBISHOP FRANZO KING
YOUR UTMOST AND IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION
TOWARDS A FAIR MODIFICATION.

The City, the State and the Nation are watching.
