Long processing times at the Houston and Dallas USCIS offices are making lives hard and frustrating for people who have applied to change their status , work permits/EAD. More members of staff are needed in order to clear the massive backlogs and process applications so people can live their lives normally without being worried sick for months and even years in some cases. If this petition gets noticed then it would be life changing for thousands of people whose Cases have been stuck forever.
