Decreased property values, semi-trailer truck noise, air pollution, safety concerns and increased traffic congestion is the main issue with this development. Major safety concerns include jogging/bicycle trail that crosses directly in front of proposed site. In addition, ingress and egress is on a graded part of the road making it difficult for cross traffic to see vehicles that have entered the road creating a dangerous hazard.  Many children from the neighborhood closest to the site, walk and ride bicycles, scooters and skateboards to the Circle K on the opposite side of the site presenting a clear danger to them. Please help stop a major distribution center from being built by signing this petition and return the land to light industrial as it was originally designed and approved for back in 2007.
