A skatepark in Apex, North Carolina is open 24 hours with lights and doesn't allow bikes. The bmx community wants to petition for the opportunity to ride the park during night hours at the very least. Child Safety is an issue for the Parks and Recreation department, so with that being noted, being able to ride the skatepark at night seems reasonable.
